The director profile is the login you’ll use to create and manage events, series, and view the Head judge page during events. It is the login you used when first signing up to LiveHeats and creating your organisation account, or one that was added by another Director in your organisation. Once logged in as a Director, you will arrive on the My events page. From here, you can create and manage events. LiveHeats offers three ways to create events. While you can import or add entries to your event manually, the easiest way to start is to use Liveheats’ integrated registration features. Best of all, event creation, setup and registration are FREE. You only use an event credit when you are ready to unlock additional competition tools like heat draws and live scoring. If you're looking to add multiple teams to a division, consider using our registration features or importing your entry list. If you use Liveheats registration feature, athletes will automatically appear in the seed list (entry list) once they have registered, so you do not have to add them. If you're using another registration method, you can add names manually to each division as described below, or you can import your athlete list into the event by uploading a CSV file. If you don't use Liveheats for athlete registration, you can quickly import your whole event's athlete list into your Liveheats event by uploading a spreadsheet (CSV, XLS, XLSX). You can set or edit the jersey colours at any time, or allocate bib numbers once your athletes are in the seed list.
