Manually adding teams to a division

If you're looking to add multiple teams to a division, consider using our registration features or importing your entry list.

To add teams manually, even using Liveheats for registration to add latecomers, wildcards, etc. We recommend using the "Add team" feature as described below:

How to manually add teams to a division

Go to your Event dashboard and click the division
If you have not yet drawn heats, you'll land on the Teams tab. If you have already drawn the heats, click the Teams tab
Click Add teams and add your team name, for example, Clovelly Team A

Once added, click on the team to set the athlete roster. Be sure to also add the Club name into the Team field if you're using the club point score, being careful to use the correct spelling:
