Checking your organisation's credit balance:
- Log in to your Director dashboard.
- Once logged in, click your profile avatar in the top right navigation, select Plan and billing.

- Scroll down to the My credits section
Understanding your credits
In the My credits section, you will see a list of all unused purchased credits that are currently available on your account
- Available credits: These are credits waiting to be manually applied to an event via the Activation Bar on your dashboard.
- Credit Sizes: Your balance will display the quantity of each size you hold (e.g. 5 x Medium, 2 x Extra Large).
Applying a credit
Having a balance in your account does not mean a credit has been used yet. To unlock additional tools for a specific event, you must click Use a credit in the blue Activation Bar on that event's dashboard.
