Purchasing event credits on Liveheats
You can purchase event credits for your organisation at any time. Credits sit on your account balance until you are ready to apply them to an event to unlock live tools like draw generation, scoring, and results.
When to purchase credits
In Liveheats, event creation and registration setup are free. You only need an event credit when you are ready to "Activate" your event for live competition.
- Option A: Pre-purchase in bulk. Most organisers purchase their credits for the entire season upfront via the Plan & billing page to take advantage of bulk discounts.
- Option B: Purchase as you go. If your account balance is zero, you can purchase a credit directly from your Event dashboard by clicking Purchase credits in the blue Activation Bar.
How to purchase Liveheats event credits
- Log in to your Director dashboard
- Once logged in, click your profile avatar in the top right navigation, select Plan and billing.

- Click Purchase credits or add-ons:

- To add credits to your cart, click the "+" icon on any size option. You can purchase credits from one or multiple size options. The more credits you purchase, the larger the discount you will receive. You can learn more about pricing here.

- In the next step, you can purchase the following optional add-ons:
- Live streaming graphics
- WhatsApp support
- Website embedding
- Draw templates
- FIS XML Reports (snow sports)
- Click Continue and proceed to the payment form. Proceed with payment using a credit or debit card.
- Your new credits will appear under the My credits section on the Plan & billing page and are now ready to be applied to new or upcoming events to unlock live tools like draw generation, scoring, and results.
