Setting a club image as a Director or Team manager

Club images appear in place of an athlete's profile image when they are competing for that club, making it easy to identify competitors by club across entries and results.


Note: This could take several minutes to update across all entries and results.

How to upload a club image as a Team manager


  1. Log in to your Liveheats account and navigate to the Teams page
  2. Click into a club you manage
  3. Click Club settings in the top right corner
  4. Click Upload image and select your image file
  5. Click Save

How to upload a club image as a Director


  1. Log in to your Liveheats account and navigate to Athletes & Teams under the Director menu
  2. Click the Teams tab
  3. Select the club you want to configure and click Club Settings
  4. Click Upload image and select your image file
  5. Click Save

How to replace an existing club image


  1. If a club image has already been set, click Replace image, select a new file, then click Save.

How to remove a club image


  1. Open Club settings using the steps above
  2. Click the trash icon next to the existing image
  3. Click Save


Once removed, a grey placeholder will be shown in place of the club image.
