# Using the Athlete dashboard to view and manage your events

LiveHeats offers each registered user an event-specific athlete dashboard to help enhance your competition experience. The athlete dashboard provides you with the ability to:

* View your registration status
* See your competitors and their seedings for an event
* Cancel your entry into an event or division

# How to access Athlete dashboard

1. Login with the email you used for previous registrations at [www.liveheats.com](http://www.liveheats.com)
2. Once logged in, click the avatar on the top right, and click **Dashboards > Athletes**
3. Click on the event you wish to view or manage your entry for

4. Select the athlete you wish to manage

5. Select **View Draw and results** to see your competition and their seeds
