# Setting jersey colours or allocating bib numbers

You can set or edit the jersey colours at any time, or allocate bib numbers once your athletes are in the seed list.

# How to set or edit jersey colours and order for your event (if your sport identifies athlete by colour (e.g. surfing, cross))

1. Go to the **Event settings > Advanced**
2. You'll see a field to add, edit, or remove jersey colours. The supported colours will appear as you type, or you can select them from the dropdown. Add your colours into the appropriate order
3. Click **Save **to save

# How to allocate or edit bib numbers (if your sport identifies athlete by bib number (e.g. ski & snowboard))

There are two ways to allocate or update an athlete's bib number:

### 1. In bulk via a CSV import

### 2. Manually, by selecting the athlete from the Athlete's list

Once your athletes have registered, or you have [added](https://liveheats.crisp.help/en/article/manually-adding-athletes-to-a-division-13okbf/) or [imported](https://liveheats.crisp.help/en/article/importing-your-athlete-list-1hqvbgi/) your athletes into an event:

1. From the **Event dashboard**, click on the relevant division
2. Navigate to the **Athletes **tab for the division
3. Click on an athlete's name in the Athlete's list
4. When the dialogue appears, you can allocate or edit the athlete's Bib number
5. Click **Save** to update
