# Setting a family or multi athlete discounted price

When accepting membership or event registrations, you might like to set a discounted price for families or multi athletes. For example, usual registration is $80 per athlete, but for 3 or more it is $150.

# How to set a family or multi athlete discounted price

1. For membership, go to **Series > Series Settings > Membership** and for event registration go to **Event dashboard > Event settings > Payments**
2. Find the field that reads **Set discounted total price for multiple athletes (family discount)** and click to activate
3. Set the number of athletes, and the relevant total price. For example, for 2 or more athletes in one family, the price is $150

4. As families register by clicking 'add another athlete' the discounted price will automatically calculate:
