# I didn't accept my LiveHeats invitation - how can I login?

When you're invited to LiveHeats by an organisation, you'll receive an email asking you to accept the invitation and set a password. Due to security reasons, this will expire within 6 hours.

If you try to login or sign up without setting a password, you'll see a message that says **Email already in use.** Don't stress if you see this, follow the steps below to get your account up and running with LiveHeats.

# I didn't accept the invite within 6 hours, how can I login?

1. Go to [https://liveheats.com/forgot-password](https://liveheats.com/forgot-password)
2. Enter the email address that was invited by the organiser and then click **Get reset link**
3. Follow the prompts in the email to set your password. If you didn't get the email, check your spam folder
4. Once you're logged in, you can now **find your organisation** by searching the organizer name (e.g. "Northern LA County Boardriders") and register for events and memberships on LiveHeats
