# How an athlete can view their own memberships

Each athlete who registers as a member via Liveheats will be able to view their memberships via the **Athlete dashboard**. Here's how:

# How an athlete can view their own memberships

1. Login to LiveHeats using a email linked to the athlete (usually the one they used to sign up)
2. They'll land on the **athlete dashboard** (or you can select this via the avatar top right)
3. Select the athlete from the list of profiles they manage:

4. Click the **Memberships** tab to view all memberships that athlete has. One-time memberships that have been used will be indicated as "used" and expiry date on rolling memberships will show:
