# Exporting a report of all entries in an event

In any event with entry data, you can export the entries and all associated information for each entry - such as athletes, teams, details, payment reference and any custom fields activated in the event.

# How to export entries for an event

1. From the **Events** area, go to the relevant event
2. Click **Reports** in the side panel section to access the downloads
3. Click **Download** on the **Event entries (csv)**
4. Open the file in Google Sheets, Excel, or Numbers
