# Contacting the organiser for issues relating to event or membership registration

If you have an issue relating to your event or membership registration, you'll want to contact the organiser who can provide assistance.

# How to contact the organiser

### Option #1: Use the contact button on the organiser's profile page

1. Search the organiser's name at [www.liveheats.com](http://www.liveheats.com/), or if you know it, go directly to the organisation profile (e.g. [www.liveheats.com/ssnz](http://www.liveheats.com/ssnz))
2. Click the **Contact** button. This will open your device's default email client with the organiser's nominated email address:

3. Write and email and send!

### Option #2: **Click reply **on the email confirmation you've received from LiveHeats

Find the confirmation email you received from Liveheats in your inbox and click **Reply:**
