# Contacting Stripe for issues relating to your account

If you are facing any issues managing your Stripe account, you can [contact Stripe support ↗](https://support.stripe.com/contact/email?topic=connect) where Stripe's support team will work with you directly to resolve your issue. Or follow the steps below to talk to their automated help assistant.
1. Log in to the Stripe account connected to your Liveheats director account
2. Click the **Help icon**:
