# Adding or inviting another Director to your organisation

With Liveheats, you can allow multiple user accounts to have Director's access to your organisation. Directors can create and manage events and series, as well as access the Head judge page during events.

### How to add another Director to your organisation:

1. Once logged in as a Director, click **Organisation settings** via your avatar menu:

2. Once on the **Organisation settings** click the **Users** tab, and click **Add User:**

3. Enter the name and email of the Director who you'd like to add and set **Role** to **Director:**

4. Click **Invite.** This will give them immediate access to your organisation account as a Director. If they already have an account, they can just reload to access the Director dashboard. If not yet signed up to Liveheats, they'll need to follow the instructions sent to them on email to set their password.

You can also remove a director by click their name and then **Remove:**
