# Access priority support via WhatsApp

Liveheats offers near real time support via WhatsApp, as an extra layer of support during live events. We have team members in Australia, Europe, and the US, so are able to cover most time zones with 'near real time' responses.

If you haven't yet got WhatsApp, you should first [download the app ](https://www.whatsapp.com/download)to your phone and mac. If you are on a windows PC, you can also open WhatsApp in your web browser.

# How to access WhatsApp support

1. Once you have activated this add-on [when adding credits](https://liveheats.crisp.help/en/article/purchasing-event-credits-on-liveheats-jsdej1/), click on the **Help** icon in your main navigation:

2. When the add-on is active on your account, the Liveheats Support WhatsApp number will display, which you can copy, or simply click to open WhatsApp and ask your question:

3. Enter your message using WhatsApp, and one of our team members will be right with you
